Ethica Regional Registered Dietitian- Macon & Statesboro

Examples of Duties Performed:

  • Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Clinical Nutritional Services programs and activities.

  • Provide support to a limited number of centers and also provide support to additional centers as needed.

  • Coordinate Clinical Nutritional Services with other related departments (i.e., Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services, etc.).

  • Assist with developing written food service procedural guidelines.

  • Assist the dining services staff in the development and use of departmental Procedural guidelines, equipment, supplies, etc.

  • Perform patient assessments and clinical support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.

  • Should be a Registered Dietitian and have a current dietitian license in the state of Georgia.

  • Have strong food safety education and extensive knowledge food safety and of commercial kitchen operations.

  • Must be able to communicate well with other associates, patients, family members, and visitors providing warm and friendly greeting and an approachable attitude.

  • Must be able to travel extensively in assigned Region with same or next day notice. Occasional statewide travel required.
